I love any kind of Buffalo fish. I prefer the bone-in ribs over the deboned. I messed up on my last order and ordered only one pound. Next time for sure I'm ordering 3 or more pounds as I can eat this fish three to four times a week, especially on weekends. This is the BEST fish for good eatin!!
