I'm from Memphis and love buffalo fish! I now live in California and can't get my hands on any out here. I found another online shipper but the buffalo ribs were extremely small and way too expensive. Luckily, I came across H&H and decided to give them a try. I was not disappointed. The fish arrived mostly frozen. It was slightly thawed because it traveled all the way to California so that was expected. There was a slight mix up with my order. I ordered 4 pounds of buffalo ribs, but received 2 pounds of ribs and 2 pounds of boneless fish. It wasn't a big deal to me because it gave me the opportunity to check the thoroughness of their fish-deboning skills because anyone who has had any part of buffalo fish other than the ribs knows it's FULL of tiny bones. I have to say that I was truly impressed. I didn't find one bone and the fish was delicious! Like I said, the mix up wasn't a big deal to me, but I chose to reach out and let them know just so they were aware. There was zero complaining on my part, but without question or hesitation, I was told that the 2 pounds of ribs that I didn't initially receive would be sent to me the following Monday. Now how is THAT for customer service?? I didn't even ask, but to correct the mistake they offered anyway. I will most definitely be a returning customer. There's no doubt about that! If you want quality buffalo fish delivered right to your door, H&H is the way to go!

fish arrived still frozen and fresh .... but i wasn't happy about the quantity i received ... ordered 3 pounds...i think this should be explained if this is a frozen weight or just product...but i will certainly be a regular customer

We got Buffalo tacos at the Cape Farmers market. One of the best fish taco’s I’ve ever had. The buffalo was prepared to perfection, flaky and sweet. 10/10. Can’t wait to see them again.
