1. Shipping Guarantee

 

H&H Boneless Buffalo guarantees 2-Day Frozen Shipping nationwide.

  • Shipping Method: All orders are shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air or equivalent service to ensure rapid delivery.

  • Packaging: We use high-density, insulated foam coolers and commercial-grade gel packs designed to keep your frozen product below 40°F for up to 48 hours.

 

2. Processing and Fulfillment

 

  • Order Cut-Off: Orders must be placed by Wednesday at 11:59 PM CST to ensure they are packed and shipped the same week.

  • Shipment Days: Orders are generally shipped on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday to prevent packages from sitting in transit over the weekend, ensuring maximum freshness.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 1-2 business days for processing before shipment.

 

3. Delivery Responsibility

 

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships.

  • Delivery Notice: The customer is responsible for monitoring the tracking information and ensuring someone is available to receive the perishable package upon arrival.

  • Unattended Delivery: We are not responsible for packages that spoil due to being left unattended after the carrier confirms delivery.

 

4. Incorrect Addresses

 

We are not responsible for delivery delays or spoilage resulting from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer. Please verify your address carefully at checkout.
